Proactive brief:
Domino’s want to make ordering pizza as easy as possible. 

Idea:
I created one of the world’s first Facebook Messenger bot’s, allowing you to order
your favourite Domino's by simply posting the pizza emoji into a message. Easy.

But we didn’t just create a service, we created DOM – a self-aware, wise-crackin’
character that could hold a conversation with our fans… as long as that conversation
revolved around pizza that is.
Using the perfect blend of GIF, pun and off the wall comedy, we turned the chore of
ordering a takeaway into an entertaining, bantz-filled chat.

Results:
55 pieces of coverage across national and trade press.
10,402,211 conversations to date.

Proactive brief:
With the emergence of voice technology, DOM got another update.
Ears... well, sort of.

Idea:
I worked closely with the Domino’s tech team to create an Alexa Skill for the Amazon Echo,
allowing anybody to place their easy order with just 'words from their mouth.'

To shout about this innovation further on social, I developed a tongue-in-cheek film to launch
the skill - a pastiche of the classic product-innovation infomercials.

The film leveraged every trick in the DRTV book to land the perfect surreal cheesy comedy mix,
a flavour we knew our audience would love.
